Millar Landing
The Millar Landing Industrial Park is comprised of five buildings for a total of 63,508 square feet. It is located in the Hudson Bay Industrial neighbourhood with easy access to Circle Drive and Idylwyld Drive.

The Reid Building
The Reid Building is located in the North Industrial area of Saskatoon. It is demised into eight tenant bays housing a variety of industrial tenants. This masonry building with embedded steel columns has a total of 11,567 square feet of leasable space.

The Henderson Building
The Henderson Building is located in the North Industrial area of Saskatoon. It is comprised of 10,700 square feet of leasable industrial space. It is located just east of Faithfull Avenue which provides access to Circle Drive in the south.

The Quinlan Building
The Quinlan Building is located in the North Industrial area of Saskatoon. This industrial building is divided into three tenant bays for a total of 11,500 square feet. Located just off of Faithfull Avenue, the building has excellent access to other major roadways.

825North
Derives its name from its location at 825-48th Street East in Saskatoon’s North Industrial neighbourhood. 17,000 sq. ft. of leasable space over two buildings, presently demised into six bays. Heavy Industrial zoning with quick access to Circle Drive.

The Whitney Building
A steel building with an 18 foot eave height, with a paved front yard providing 52 parking spaces, and grade level overhead doors.

The Hargreaves Building
A modern industrial building constructed of pre-engineered steel structure suitable for manufacturing or warehouse with dock loading access. The building is divided into four bays, with office/showroom at the front and warehouse/manufacturing space at the rear.

The Newcastle Building
A large industrial building featuring warehouse, basement warehouse/storage and office space. Both grade and dock level loading are available. The site has a large yard.

Pakwa Place
