Tax Advantaged

Our projects are structured to deliver significant tax advantages to investors. Much of the deduction is generated within the first year from refurbishments and syndication costs, with additional, lesser deductions possible in subsequent years.

Income Producing

Initially, most of the income from the property is used to pay down the mortgage, which increases investors’ equity. The remaining cashflow after expenses are distributed to investors year after year, providing a long-term income stream. After debt is retired, the income from the property available to investors increases substantially.
